Utah City is a new mixed-use neighborhood in Vineyard, Utah, developed on a reclaimed industrial site. Centered around the Front Runner transit line, the project includes six residential blocks with integrated retail and a refined urban streetscape. Phase 1 (Blocks 5 and 6) was completed in 2026, with 453 residential units and 2,766 square feet of retail. Phase 2 will add 846 more residential units and 71,288 square feet of retail space. When complete, Utah City will feature 1,299 residential units and 74,054 square feet of retail and dining.
