Beginning in early 2005, Nelsen Partners was retained by Endeavor Real Estate Group to prepare the Master Plan, Visioning, Programming, and Design Guidelines for this 176-acre vertically integrated mixed-use development. This 7.5 million square foot master-planned urban core will include 1.5 million square feet of retail and restaurants, 2 hotels, 2 million square feet of Class-A office space and over 3,000 residential units organized around a 12-acre central park. Upon completion of the Master Plan process, Nelsen Partners has designed over 1,000,000 square feet of office, 100,000 square feet of retail, and parking structures.
