Beginning in early 2005, Nelsen Partners was retained by Endeavor Real Estate Group to prepare the Master Plan, Visioning, Programming, and Design Guidelines for this 176-acre vertically integrated mixed-use development. This 7.5 million sf master-planned urban core will include 1.5 million sf of retail and restaurants, 2 hotels, 2 million sf of Class-A office space, and over 3,000 residential units organized around a 12-acre central park. Since completing the Master Plan process, Nelsen Partners has designed over 1,000,000 sf of office, 100,000 sf of retail, and parking structures.
