The Ritz-Carlton Resort is a new 200-unit, 5-star resort in Paradise Valley. The resort is approximately 280,000 square feet and includes ballrooms, meeting rooms, outdoor event spaces, a spa, restaurants and bars with outdoor terraces, and an underground parking garage. The lobby and outdoor terraces have been designed to capture the view of Camelback Mountain, which is also the focus of the nearly 400 linear foot of the resort pool. There are a variety of room types – from a hotel wing that surrounds the event lawn, to casita buildings which are nestled within an orchard of orange trees and lush landscaping on a site that terraces towards Camelback Mountain. Construction is scheduled to begin the summer of 2018 and be completed at the end of 2019. The Resort is the focal point of the adjacent Ritz-Carlton Villas and the high-end retail shopping area.
