Nelsen Partners led the team for the redevelopement of the Port of Tangier, one of the most significant waterfront developments in the world. This redevelopment of 80 acres will include over 3.5 million square feet of residential, hotel, retail and cultural facilities on the former ship yards and historical entry to the City of Tangier. Nelsen Partners’ scope includes master planning, architectural design, landscape design, lighting, and environmental graphics.
