Once complete, this 40-acre mixed-use development in Maricopa, AZ will include a variety of retail, entertainment, office and hotel uses. The initial phase of the development includes a 150,000 sf Family Entertainment Center and supporting retail and restaurant buildings. The Family Entertainment Center contains a 12-screen balcony-level theatre, a 24-lane bowling alley, arcade area, laser-tag facility and integrated restaurant and bar. Phase I opened to the public in November 2012.
