The Watermark spans 15 acres at the NW corner of Scottsdale Road and Tempe Town Lake in Tempe, Arizona. This mixed-use development will consist of eight buildings ranging in height from 4 to 25 stories and will provide over 660,000 square feet of office, multi-family residential, hospitality, restaurant and retail, along with associated parking, landscape improvements, and amenities. Parking is provided for 5,124 vehicles, as well as 1,116 bikes, encouraging residents, guest, tenants and patrons to use alternative forms for transportation. Nelsen Partners provided master planning for the development, as well as full architectural services for the office and retail components.
