The development is a dynamic framework of interconnected spaces, each with an identity of its own. It has been designed based on natural topography, taking advantage of terraced views and natural wind patterns. At the heart of the development is a mixed-use core, with street-level retail, apartments and a +/- 150 key hotel, along with a large central park. Clusters of villas and townhomes surround this core, connected with pedestrian paths, roads and smaller green spaces.
