Not only is it financially successful, but the unique design of the outdoor environment, the mix of uses, and the attention placed on the scale of the architecture and street widths allows pedestrians and vehicles to co-exist, has successfully created a sense of place for one of the largest growth sectors in the Phoenix region that did not exist before.
