Nelsen Partners provided master planning, retail guidelines and design for the public realm of the mixed-use core of Town Square Dubai. Comprising over 5,000 apartments, 1 million square feet of retail and a 250-room hotel, the Town Center is within the overall Town Square Dubai project, a 750-acre, 31 million square foot mixed-use community. Nelsen Partners also served as the design architect for two signature parcels within the development. Parcels 14 and 28 contain 300,000 square feet of retail, food & beverage, and cinema uses, together with 800 residential units in six towers above the retail and parking podium.
