Nelsen Partners designed this 128,500 square foot, five-story office building off of Mopac and Bee Caves Road in Austin. It has an adjacent 4-level parking garage with 486 spaces. The building achieved a LEED Silver rating which includes floor-to-ceiling windows with expansive views.
At Rollingwood Center, even the basics are superlative - spacious, customizable floor plans; mature oak trees throughout the property; exquisite finishes throughout all of the public spaces.
