Domain 14 + 15

CORPORATE CAMPUS : Completing the western edge of the gateway to Domain’s corporate district, Domain D14 + D15 seek to create the new, most desirable commercial offering at The Domain. The South Tower creates 433,700 SF of program, anchoring the main intersection of Alterra Parkway and Esperanza Crossing. The North Tower creates an additional 465,600 SF of program.

CIVIC PRESENCE : The concept divides D14 + D15 between the two phases with an urban, pedestrian-oriented street. This allows for a strong ‘front door’ identity for the office towers, and becomes a lively pedestrian street scene connecting the two towers when fully built out. A linear park will physically connect the main intersection at Alterra Parkway and Esperanza Crossing to the leading edge of the south building, and connect to the new thru-street at mid-block. A wide collector street is proposed at the north of the Block, going through the Domain 4 parcel, and connecting to Rock Rose Road beyond.

  • Services: Architecture
  • Client: TIER REIT
  • Scope: 14-Story Office Tower / 13-Story Office Tower
Both towers share communal programmable accessory spaces at street level, encouraging a campus connection between the towers, and inviting the surrounding public into the site.
The concept engages the public on all street frontages and enhances the identity and access to possible future development on the Domain 4 parcel. The concept proposes to widen Pravada Street and connect it north and south.
