Retail, residential amenities, and a community meeting space for the neighborhood are provided at the street level. Structured parking provides 311 spaces for the residents and retailers. Eighty-five percent of the units are offered as ‘affordable’ options for working individuals and families. The project has been designed to achieve LEED certification.
