This 165-acre mixed-use development in Egypt was designed to include over 3.5 million square feet of horizontally and vertically mixed uses. Residential, office, retail, hotel and entertainment uses have been carefully planned and integrated with dynamic public spaces and defining streetscapes to create distinct neighborhoods. Nelsen Partners created the master plan and developed the design concepts inspired by the rich architectural history of the region.
