This 8-theater iPic occupies the second story of a central building at Scottsdale Quarter. The scope of the project included design and documentation for the entire exterior building shell, as well as planning and layout for the theatre and two restaurant/nightclubs on a second-story space above ground-level retail. Design criteria included sound attenuation between uses, vertical circulation and creating a presence for the theater on the main plaza space adjacent to it.
