Nelsen Partners provided overall master planning and architectural services for the renovations and additions to this existing 550,000 square foot open air mall redeveloped by Macerich. Renovations included all building façades, landscape, and rezoning efforts to accommodate future mid-rise office and residential towers. Construction was sequenced over an 11-month period while the existing retail development remained in operation.
