Our dedicated team at Nelsen Partners recently conducted a site visit, touring through all three phases of Chalmers to witness firsthand the progress of the final stage as we approach the completion line.

Nelsen Partners recently celebrated the last concrete pour at Watermark! Our
Arizona project team enjoyed a cocktail and social hour followed by dinner on
the 9th floor, where they got to take in some stunning views of
Tempe Town Lake.

Earlier this week we stopped by Rollingwood III for an afternoon site visit.
Nelsen Partners designed this 128,500 square foot, five-story office building off of Mopac and Bee Caves Road in Austin. It has an adjacent 4-level parking garage with 486 spaces. Aside from its expansive views, Lesha Blair shared some of the design issues that came up during CA.
