As The Modern gets closer to completion, it has already made an impact in the Rainy Street District. The 56-story building combines sleek design with the eclectic nature of its surroundings. Our team at Nelsen Partners were able to admire the vast number of outdoor spaces, artwork, and lounge spaces distributed throughout on a recent site visit and were able to tour multiple floors and units. The Modern truly does live up to its name-- Rainy Street living is being elevated by 56 floors, and we can’t wait to see the finished product.
