Nelsen Partners recently celebrated the last concrete pour at Watermark! Our Arizona project team enjoyed a cocktail and social hour followed by dinner on the 9^th floor, where they got to take in some stunning views of Tempe Town Lake.

Our group joined fellow team members from Okland, Fenix Development, Paul
Kohler, ESD, CBRE, and Cushman & Wakefield. We are happy to be part of an
incredible Watermark team and excited to watch the construction progress over
the next several months.
