Our Austin studio visited Rosewood Courts as the project nears completion. Our mission for Rosewood Courts was to honor the cultural legacy of the complex by thoughtfully reimagining the 83-year-old landmark into a vibrant, inclusive affordable neighborhood with 184 new housing units that preserve its identity while creating a sustainable place to call home for future generations.
