The Arizona Cardinals broke ground on their new state-of-the-art Performance Center and Corporate headquarters in North Phoenix, a transformational 217-acre Master plan that will expand the team’s long-term presence in the Valley. With thoughtful design in mind, the project brings together elite training environments with a vibrant, a 20-minute walkable mixed-use destination—reflecting both the organization’s forward-looking vision and the continued evolution of the region, dubbed "Headquarters Alley".

Nelsen was selected for its leadership in shaping Arizona’s most recognized mixed-use destinations, including Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons, as well as forward-looking developments like The Parque. This expertise in placemaking and master planning aligns closely with the Cardinals’ ambition to create a next-generation campus that supports both team performance and long-term community impact.
