Our project Domain 7 awarded "Best of Precast 2017" Overall Use for Office and Garage. A big thanks to Precast Concrete Manufacturers' Association of Texas!

Last Friday we had a great event in our Arizona office. More than twenty 5th - 8th graders from Thunderbird Adventist Elementary School came into the office for a learning visit and acquired some fresh knowledge about design, planning and architecture.

Nelsen Partners just got the 2018 AZ RED Award for Recreation! Neighborhood Ministries Classroom Silos Building was a winner in this category. Also, Linnea Brudenell and Steve Oliva from our Arizona office were there to receive the award joined by the rest of the team from NM and Logos! Last month some of our crew members had the chance to go back to Morocco and do some research during their travels. Check out the photos through the lens of Robin Perségol.

Our project Wildflower Terrace, a mixed-income apartment community for people age 55 and older, is one of three winners of the 2017 Jack Kemp Excellence in Affordable and Workforce Housing Award.

Last week a 1950s photograph by Neal Douglass was making a lot of buzz in the net. Turns out we know exactly where this building is today, who owns this building, and who's running business here.  It's us, Nelsen Partners. And yes, we are 100% positive.
