Nelsen Partners designed this three-story 28,000 sf mixed-use development for Schlosser Development within the Market District in Austin. The first level provides over 9,000 square feet of retail space with over 18,000 sf of office space in two levels above. The project was designed to achieve a One-Star Commercial rating for the Austin Energy Green Building Program.

North facing floor-to-ceiling glass at all three floors offer quality day-lit spaces, retail presence and broad urban views to all tenants. The West utilizes the signature multi-story pipe screen to manage the afternoon exposure on the west-facing glass and terrace.
