This 30-story, 775,000 square foot office tower was designed around the historic CBA Bank (circa 1891). The tower was designed with specific reference to the original structure to celebrate the rich ornamentation and detail of the restored banking chamber within. This project, in the center of the Melbourne financial district, was completed in 1992. It includes four levels of below-grade structured parking accommodating 350 cars.
