Located on a 2.7-acre site between 5th and 6th streets, 1111 is directly adjacent to downtown Austin. This development includes two buildings with a combined 143,000 sf of office space. The program also includes below grade parking at the South Building as well as a 13,000 sf retail component at the ground floor of the North Building. The plan emphasizes a strong connection for both buildings to the 5th street corridor. The South Building is an existing structure that has been gutted and reskinned to make it a Class-A office building. The North Building is new construction that takes advantage of an open lawn space directly to the west of the building entry. Both buildings include floor-to-ceiling windows and offer expansive views of downtown Austin.
