Nelsen Partners redesigned the existing front entry and drop-off area of the Marriott Hotel’s Irvine location. The renovations included the removal of unused and outdated pond areas, the addition of a new drop-off area defined by palm trees and paving to improve the circulation at the hotel, a new valet parking area near the front entry, and a new water wall and landscaping to enhance the arrival experience. The existing pool area was also remodeled for a more inviting guest experience, creating a more visible connection between the hotel and the pool area.
