Pathways at Chalmers Courts has been honored with the 2026 ULI Austin Impact Award for Best Project Design. Originally built in the 1930s as one of the nation’s first public housing communities, Chalmers Courts has played an important role in Austin’s history and continues that legacy today through thoughtfully designed affordable housing.

The redevelopment was shaped with residents in mind, creating welcoming homes, shared outdoor spaces, and stronger connections throughout the community. We’re proud to see a project centered on dignity, livability, and long-term resident impact recognized by ULI Austin.
