Nelsen Partners provided architectural services for this two-story 150,000 square foot theater, retail and parking garage addition to the Scottsdale Fashion Square. A 50,000 square foot Dick's Sporting Goods is located on the first level, with the Harkin's 14-screen theater on the second level.
