Nelsen Partners provided planning and architectural design services for this 6 million square foot mixed-use development in Cairo, Egypt. It is conceived to become a destination within the fabric of the City, and become the second downtown district of Cairo. Upon completion, this project will include over 1,200 residential units, two hotels, 1.8 million square feet of office, and 1.7 million square feet of retail.
