“El Cosmico”, located in Marfa, Texas, is a groundbreaking development featuring the world’s first 3D-printed hotel and private residences. Spanning over 60+ acres, the project includes a hotel, bathhouse, restaurant and private residences in West Texas. The relocation and expansion of the current El Cosmico will showcase entirely new architectural approaches made possible by large-scale 3D-printing including domes, arches, and parabolic forms. The development will feature hotel guest accommodations and new hospitality programming such as a pool, bathhouse, and a restaurant.

This visionary project is a collaboration with ICON, BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group, and Liz Lambert.
