Chalmers West is the final phase of the redevelopment Pathways at Chalmers Courts. West provides another 156 units, as well as a brand new Boys and Girls Club that doubled the club's previous capacity, allowing the community to serve more of their young residents.

The project transformed a former road into The Greenway, a pedestrian and cyclist path that serves as a bridge between the Chalmers East and West buildings, promoting connection and safety.
