Pathways at Chalmers Courts East is the second phase of the modernized redevelopment of the 1930s-era public housing, while Chalmers Courts South the first, and West is the third and final phase. Residents will enjoy a handful of upgrades, along with access to onsite workforce development, education, improved space for the Boys & Girls Club of the Austin Area, and on-site healthcare services.
What began as 158 units of traditional public housing has now become 394 units of brand new mixed-income affordable housing that revitalizes the community every single day.
