Abandoned silos before renovation.

Nelsen Partners provided master planning, architecture, and entitlements for Neighborhood Ministries' Silo Building. Now housing a preschool, an after-school program, and administrative offices, the silo project caters to the needs of low-income families.

A playground was also built adjacent to the iconic education center providing an outdoor area for kids and community to play and enjoy themselves.

Neighborhood Ministries Silo Building was launched on Spring 2017 .
