We’re proud to share that two Nelsen Partners projects have been named finalists for the 2026 ULI Austin Impact Awards. RBJ Residences is a finalist for Best Project Innovation, combining 225 renovated affordable senior apartments with a new 279-unit residential building and shared amenities that support a vibrant, connected neighborhood. Pathways at Chalmers Courts is recognized in the Best Project Design and Most Influential Project categories for its transformation of a historic public housing community into 394 mixed-income affordable homes with new amenities and community-focused spaces.
